The Maryland Association for Institutional Research is excited to announce the new 2025 Spring Symposium!
Once again, we are thrilled to announce the MdAIR Spring Symposium! Similar to last year, we are looking to provide opportunities to highlight the research, innovation, and best-practices that are happening at our member institutions, across the State and the surrounding areas.
This year's Symposium will take place on May 2, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at Montgomery College's Germantown Campus. The college is located at:
20200 Observation Drive
Germantown, MD 20876
Parking will be located in
Parking Lot 3. Parking is free, but please do not parking in any reserved spots. A campus map can be found
here.
Building: Bioscience Education Center (BE on campus map)
Room: 151/152
We are again foregoing a specific theme this year in order to provide the opportunity for members to submit presentation proposals from a variety of areas of the work that we do, allowing for more innovation and engagement. We are still planning to provide many of the staples you know and love from the previous Spring Institutes, like the annual legislative update.
Keynote Address:
This years Keynote address will be given by Bernard Huggins. Mr. Huggins is the Program Manager for Research & Innovation, at the Aspen Institute's College Excellence Program.
